Hike 42 - Lake Nokomis
So it’s probably clear that I didn’t make my 50 hikes by age 50. In fact, I’m now 54 and finally posting our last hike (to a new place) during that time. Turns out throwing out my back multiple times, selling and buying a house, moving, and two out of three members of this family getting COVID that year impacted this goal. That being said I decided I should probably document our 42nd hike.
Unfortunately, this happened so long ago that I can’t provide lots of details, but this is a nice city hike on a paved trail. Gotta love Minnesota for the amount of city parks that take advantage of our local lakes as well.
So there we have it. We still go hiking - mostly these smaller walks, but it’s been awhile since we picked a new place. There are so many great places in the Twin Cities area to get outside to explore.
